Booking Conditions

PREPAID:
You must make a deposit in advance of 30% of the total stay, through Avaibook, the booking engine with anti-fraud guarantee for your reservation. After completion, the accommodation will contact guests to provide information.

PAYMENT:
The pending payment of the other 70% is made also for Avaibook three days before your arrival at the establishment.
Check In: ​​15: 00H and Check Out: 11: 00H
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, you must inform.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you do not show up on the day of arrival or abandon your stay for personal reasons, there will be no refunds.

A full refund is only possible if there are at least 14 days left before the arrival date.

LENGTH OF STAY:

The minimum stay is 2 nights, except in high season and certain dates that will vary.

CHILDREN'S POLICY:

Children under 2 years old up to a maximum of 4 children do not pay reservation.

PETS:

Pets are allowed only in Villa Enri after consultation.
